We will attend site on the day and time stated in writing. If we fail to do this, then we will deduct 5% from your net invoice for that visit.
If your pool or water feature goes green at any time we are maintaining it we will refund 50% of the cost of all chemicals used in maintaining the water quality the previous month.
There are NO hidden costs - there will be NO extras charges without prior consent from you.
We will treat your property with due respect leaving it clean and tidy.
our work is GUARANTEED for 2 years. If a part fails due to a fault with it or poor workmanship, we will replace it at no cost to you (subject to us maintaining the equipment).
